Chinese Mixed Vegetable dish are popular and common in Chinese community, and in Chinese restaurants in East and West Malaysia.

The selection of  vegetable condiments and meat choice for creating the Chinese Mixed Vegetable dish varies with each individual. Bell pepper, broccoli, cashew nuts, and carrots are the basic condiments. 


Ingredients and Preparation for 4



Prepare 1 lb pork slices.
Prepare slices of onions, garlic, chilli (red and green), carrots, long beans, red bell pepper, green onions, fresh mushroom, broccoli, cabbage.












Cooking Steps

Begin, by saute onions, garlic, red and green chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add pork slices and continue frying.

For flavor, add:- 4 tbs vegetable soya sauce, 3 tbs mushroom sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbs fish sauce, 2 tbs chicken stock granules.
Add broccoli, carrots and mushroom. Stir and combine well.
Next, add red bell peppers, long beans and cabbage. Stir and combine well.
Add sweet potato mixture (1 tbs flour to 1/2 cup water). Continue stirring.
Ready for serving.
